LICENSED
We are licensed, as required by the State of Georgia, by the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors as a Residential Basic Contractor and Residential Light Commercial Contractor.

CUSTOM CONTRACT WORK ONLY – NO SPECULATIVE BUILDING
This allows us to devote all of our time and attention to our customers. We will never be in a position to cover losses from prior speculative jobs with funds from our current custom builds. Lewis Reeves Residential operates as a debt free company.

NO COMMINGLING OF FUNDS
Job Specific Accounts will be opened at Bank of America for all major projects. All funds are deposited into, and all bills are paid from this Job Specific Account.

COST PLUS VS LUMP SUM CONTRACT
The majority of our projects are performed on a Cost Plus a Fee Basis. Our cost plus arrangement is 100% open book and all trade discounts are passed on to the homeowner. If a Lump Sum or Guaranteed Contract amount is desired, we are happy to do that as well.

WEEKLY REPORTING
With a Cost Plus a Fee Agreement, once a week you will receive reports via email – Check register from your Job Specific Bank account showing all checks written to date.

Job Cost Summary Report reflecting the Original Budget, Forecast, Incurred Costs, Variance, and Cost to Complete.

SITE MEETINGS
Weekly jobsite meetings are scheduled to monitor construction progress and owner selections vs. construction schedule.

SCHEDULING
A construction schedule is prepared for each project. That schedule drives timely selections made by the homeowner, and is used for tracking progress of the project against anticipated completion.

AVAILIBILITY
We are available to our customers by email, or cell phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We make it a priority to address any questions or concerns that might arise.

SUBCONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIPS
To ensure the high expectations and quality standards that Lewis Reeves Residential is known for, we have formed long standing relationships with major subcontractors. We expect and receive a very high level of service for which we provide prompt payment.
